My mood is pretty bad nowadays. Going through a lot, at work and personal life. Get agitated easily, even with motor-biker blowing their exhaust at this hour. 1230am.
Sometimes i just dun feel like doing anything. My mood affects those who has gone out with me. So sorry about this if any of you are reading this.
I haven read my meditation book for a week although i have renewed and extend the loan expiry. Just too many of other things that i need to do....
